Chamber Meeting Room Schedules:
Small Conference Room: (Break Room) - Holds 6-7 comfortably (This
room is permanently reserved for chamber and SBDC employees during the noon
hour)
Large Conference Room: (Board Room) - Holds 12-14 comfortably
To book room: Please notify SBDC Support Staff (I.e. Patty
or Dina) via email of the date, time and room(s) you wish to book. The email
date and time record will serve as “proof” should a room dispute emerge. The
SBDC personnel who enters the event on the calendar
will note the name or initials of the requestor, room(s) needed and the start and
end time of when the room is needed to include set-up and clean-up. Where
applicable, you may wish to include more details about the event, especially if
emailing this link to other attendees.
