The UHV Small Business Development Center is located at 3402 N. Ben Wilson, Victoria, Texas. The center is adjacent to the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, and is situated across from the UHV main campus. From Rio Grande (Bus. 59), we are two blocks North, on the right, just past the Citizens Medical Center.
